F.A.Q. Frequently Asked Questions

We happily ship goods worldwide and have shipping prices set by weight. These are usually accurate but if you’re ordering patches and the shipping seems extortionate please just get in touch and we’ll double check. We have to cover the costs of shipping heavy leather and sometimes the computer confuses orders especially when multiple quantities are used. Within the UNITED STATES we use Priority Mail to cover all custom jackets and vests. This means items arrive very quickly (2 to 3 days). International orders are shipped First Class International and delivery times vary based on location.

All purchases made within the USA never have an issue. Unfortunately UK customers have previously been charged customs fees during delivery. Unfortunately this is out of our hands and seems like it is down to which customs officer is on duty as we have had items go through fine and items be charged. This seems to be luck of the draw unfortunately..


As of writing this, all of our shirts are printed on Gildan 5000 solid fit. Take your favorite shirt, lay it out on the floor and compare it’s measurements to the sizes on this chart.

Be sure to refer to the custom vest size chart below the order button on each product description page. If you still have questions then use this link to contact us and we’ll happily pull a vest out and answer anything specific to ensure you’re satisfied before you purchase.

We do not accept returns on custom or one-of-a-kind items.
We can accept returns on t-shirts, patches and plain un-customised vests within 7 days of purchase. Buyer pays the return shipping and original shipping money will not be refunded. Items must be unworn and non stinky. Please e-mail us before sending your return. We’re don’t often receive a return but just wanted to let you know – we’re cool. Not dicks. We’ll work it out for you. Also, use a tracking number when returning the item as I trust the postal service about as far as I can throw them. Include a note with your Paypal address you wish to be refunded to.

We will accept exchanges on t-shirts, patches and plain un-customised vests within 7 days of purchase. Buyer must pay return shipping and shipping for the new item. Original shipping money will not be refunded. Items being sent back for exchange must be unworn, again no stinky sweaty vests please. Also, remember to please e-mail us when requesting an exchange to ensure we have the desired item in stock. Please include a note with your address and the item you would like for exchange. We want everything to run as smoothly as possible and ensure you’re as happy as possible. We’ll do everything to make that so.
